If were going to have a bad coach, I can at least be happy we have a bad coach that will still sign top 25 classes so the next coach has the talent needed to go 8-4 immediately.

Plus, it seems that coaches look at roster talent as the #1 criteria for whether or not they take the job, so Joe is leaving us decent coaching options.

Still wish we would have grabbed Napier when we had the chance though

If we keep the juco big 5 ( Wheat , Lawson, Davis, Heath, Key) they are all impact calibure player and I expect Lawson Davis and Wheat to have huge impact
Dean is extremely underrated and will prob be ms Gatorade player of the year
Forbes is a potential lock down SEC talent corner
Marks could be a star at RB
Tulu is electric
Rodgers is a good prospect at QB
Cooley is underrated

And if we can pull Cooper at LB , and one or 2 more solid players this is a top 20 class **** the rankings

HUGE upside. And he gives us quality depth along with Lovett, Crumedy, and Pickering for next year.

Forbes is a good player but he will definitely redshirt. He is 160 pounds at most. He should be your typical Mississippi kid that develops a great deal his 1st 2 years of college. But dont get cocky until he signs. The OM faction in Grenada is strong.

Gotcha. Just doesn't pass the smell test. He's our lowest rated commit. He's from LA. Played at East LA JC. Wasn't really a big battle to get him. And he's coming all the way to Starkville MS. Just seems like a very odd fit.

Hopefully we can continue to sign top 25-30 classes. This coaching staff has shown they do less with Moor so we can at least scrap to 6 wins with top 25 talent that continues to underperform. If we ever drop out of the top 30 in talent, 4-5 wins is the ceiling with this bunch wearing headsets.
