Why would any FAU coach (that was stuck at FAU) turn down a job at a big name school for a school that is currently relocating statues?

While O has done a good job, he's at an elite program. Elite programs should have great runs. Can he sustain it? They have always recruited at a high level. Always will. This is his year. Better win it while he cann.
