OSU is pushing real hard to keep Washington on staff and saw someone say that they may give him a big pay raise and a level-up title wise.

Napier just seems like a poor fit at ole miss. But it wouldn’t surprise me the way these things go. He’ll take it and they will be a little better but not great. He’ll get replaced after a few years and his stock will be way down and they’ll be looking for another coach. I don’t think people put enough emphasis on “fit”. It makes a big difference.
