Along with Luke Fickell (who will be a pretty hot candidate this year with lots of openings around), Joe is one of the best available candidates for BC. He might be the best in terms of fitting the school. He is as good a fit there as he is poor here. He would probably do well there.

Don Brown is 68 and Butch Jones is Butch Jones.

That being said, I doubt Joe would be willing to leave. The big speech that this is his team and his school, while at the time a ploy for a bigger buyout payment, now prevent him from being able to leave without a hypocritical perception. He will be here in 2020.

This season he seemingly has fallen out of favor with Bulldogs fan, and rumor has it he wants to head back north. He has a Jesuit background, and like the others can recruit.
