I'd like to see where the fans stand. Not just the vocal here, but those silent members as well. Will you be attending games in 2020 like normal, or will you stay away if Joe is our coach?

Will buy tickets but probably won't go

I like my tickets location and expect a change for 2021

Moorhead back for 2021 will give serious consideration to not buying tickets.

Likewise. Will almost certainly renew. But if we are getting blown out in the first 3 minutes of games or putting up 100 yards a half against crap defenses, I am not wasting Saturdays getting over there.

I voted, once. I'm MSU by birth. I'll go. Heck I went to games during the Tech and 10 season....and the one after it. You guys are a bunch of fair weather fans.

It is a 4 hr drive one way for me to go to Starkville. Couple the cost of tickets, gas, food, parking....there is no way in hell I am going to go and spend money for a coach that tells fans to ?kick rocks.? I feel like there are not enough of you that heard him say what he said. He said ?I?m happy for a majority of our fans? and ?I only care about the guys in the locker room, the rest of you can go kick rocks and pound sand.? To me, it came across as unprofessional, whiney, and petty. Why the hell would I support a yankee asshole that doesn?t want our support? He completely lost me as a fan when he said what he said after the game and I was hoping that more would voice their displeasure with it to Keenum and Cohen.

Edited to say: I would probably still go despite the wins and losses just because, but after his tirade and continuous derogatory tone towards our fans, I will not be spending another penny for football while he is there.

This is me. Dont want to lose my spot but my tickets will be on Stub Hub about 5 minutes after I get them. If my friend keeps his tickets, he can have my parking pass. Otherwise, it'll be on Stub Hub too.

I will go if Joe proves he is trying to fix this shit. New Strength and Conditioning Program and Coach. New Special Teams Coach and a new hire as an OC.

No. We have actual standards of excellence.

Too bad MSU doesn’t.

To take it a step further- if there is a way for me to divert my BC donations away from football I would do it.

So which seasons have you gone to games in? If you bring actual excellence into it I assume a couple or possibly three under Mullen, one or maybe two under JWS, one under Emory, maybe one or two under Tyler. Before that there is quite a gap. I'm not that old, maybe you are.

I voted yes because I’m a fan of the team and the University, not the coach. Coaches come and go, short of Bumpis coming home one day the coach will never be anything other than an employee. Game attendance is going to go down across the nation not just at State. Every game is on TV, measures beyond our control have made it more difficult to attend games. It cost me $3850 for two tickets to attend 7 home games and that doesn’t include beer and food. Money and time will sway my decision, not who is wearing the headset. Everyone is emotional and pissed right now, redo this poll in July and then you will get accurate results, right now it’s just group think emotions.

I'll be there to support the school and the players. I hope Joe succeeds, but not a big fan of him right now.

I was planning to look into this. If I can?t divert my donation away from football I?m going to drop it.

Sure. I'll do my usual 3-4 per year because I don't live in Mississippi anymore. My love for our school goes beyond the current coach.
