Don’t tell Moorhead... that’s not a logical expectation

Did the Auburn defense score 12 of those points with 2 pick sixes????

Hell ... Joe sounded like he had pulled off a coup winning EB in the way we did on our home field with a FR QB. Even tho they played a combo FR and RS FR QB, FR RB, FR WRs, etc.

Ahh ... you're right. So AU O scored 34 on Bama. That Bama D is still stout. When they make CFP you'll see that.

Just beat Bama. Imagine that.

Bo Nix was the #1 dual threat QB in the country last year and the #33 overall player in the country.

I hope you aren't equating him and Auburn's offensive talent to ours and saying we should have beaten Bama.

Should we have been more competitive? Sure. But Shrader isn't Bo Nix. Not to mention Nix's dad played QB at Auburn AND was his HC in high school.

So earlier in the year everyone was saying our FR QB was better than their FR QB. Not equating talent but one of the reasons given for us losing any game is FR QB. But .. there are a host of other reasons too.

I was one of the rational ones that called everyone freaking stupid that said Shrader was better than Bo.

After the events of the last 48-72 hours, I think it's fair to call a decent portion of this board irrational, emotional, and quick to judge. And lacking in general football and administrative knowledge and procedure.

And Auburn recruits top 10 talent. Oh, I forgot I was supposed to act like that doesnt happen

Wesley Carroll did it in 2007.

We also had a 100+ yard pick six in that game. Maybe that’s the winning formula.

With great field position all night..... look how many field goals they made. Look at the turnovers. Alabama is gonna get their points on anyone but Auburn's defense put their offense in the best position possible to score all night. Plus, they scored 12 on their own.
