6-6 Mizzou isn't accepting the regression of their program.
Looks like they have more decisive leadership than us.

Wait..... Mizzou fired a coach after winning the final game of the season and going 6-6? But he had to deal with a lot of injuries, suspensions, and probation.

Odom was in his fourth year though, not second. He went 4-8, 7-6, 8-5, and 6-6. With their schedule this year a minimum of 8 wins should’ve been expected by a fourth year coach. Great decision by Missouri.

Well, we can waste two more years as well if that what most want.

He improved every year, but took a little step back this year due to a lot of changes on the team. I?m not making excuses because I think it was the right move, but they didn?t let him go prior years because he was improving. This had nothing to do with tenure.

Them pulling the trigger should give us the courage to do it. If they make a good hire that’s another game we’ll lose next year. Although I thought we’d lose that one anyways. If Mizzou is showing they aren’t going to settle for mediocrity then we shouldn’t either

I'm sure no one around here will be surprised when Mizzou's new head coach rolls us in his first year. But, hey, we got an offensive savant just getting his guys lined up. That offense will click after three or four more recruiting classes, right? Sheesh.

This situation is so eerily similar it's almost funny. Hopefully we follow the same pattern within 48 hours.

ETA. Dooley and Walters buyouts are another $3.9 MIL

Other campus issues, too, Todd... I think Mizzou would be a tough sell...

Well there's a program that doesn't reward mediocre & undisciplined play, lack of effort by coaches & players, & let excuses that were caused by a lack of player accountability get used. Or allowing beating an awful team to determine whether a change should be made. Must be nice.

What’s crazy is how much love he was getting early in the season and then the wheels fell off. I never watched them so no idea if they looked as bad as we did in some of the losses
