He reminds me of Croom in 2007.

I’d be really surprised if we don’t fire Bichy and Jones at the very least.

Loudmouth Joe just intimidated the Intense Bastard into keeping his job. He has Cohen's manhood around his neck like a turnover chain. He ain't changing shit. He's going to run the program the way he wants to. Cohen just signed off on it by keeping his ass.

We can fire the strength guy, and I don't know him, but it won't matter. He's just following what the head coach wants.

It could be that was the reason that Piroli left or maybe he just saw a better opportunity in the NFL and/or just wanted to go back to the NFL? We should have the same S&C program in place that Piroli built here, but it's not. I do believe that keeping his program was the initial reasoning for hiring from within.

If he stays, I'm just gonna cross my fingers and hope for the best. Hopefully joe surprises me by altering his offense

He is going to run it for sure. Right off the cliff and straight into the ground.

The problem is JoMo doesn’t listen to his assistants. He holds our S & C and ST coach back from doing their jobs. It all begins with him, and the LBer coach is horrible and not a could recruiter either.

By the way, Shrader’s becoming a problem too.

So much truth here. Joes the one killing our s&c not the s&c coach. Joe has a soft culture and it's throughout the program

This. He's just following joes program and Joes soft.

I've seen this numerous times on this board. Anybody care to elaborate?

Yeah, missing the ***. Hill had 13 yards in a game. He needs to make changes that put defenses in binds.

I dont know the off the field stuff but he is overrated as a player by our fans. May be Joes fault but we struggle to complete a forward pass

I think he'll look completely different next year. It's barely been a year since he had a significant surgery on his throwing shoulder. Mechanics and most importantly, arm strength, will improve with a full off-season IMO.

Jesus Christ man, he is a TRUE FRESHMAN! He is not Tua or Trevor Lawrence.

Just being real. He needs to improve a lot in the air to get us where we want to be. 100 yards on Ole Miss is bad. Like I said, probably Joe's fault but Shrader doesn't look smooth through the air.

Are you freaking crazy? If the IB fired his mentor after he took over a dumpster fire and lead a team to a final four and was named National Coach of the Year, I don't think he will let a press conference intimidate him....
