The allure of the rpo is to have the qb running outside after the play fake. It forces LBers or dbs to make a choice. If they continue to cover, run it. If they come up, throw it. You literally could run it over and over again. Quick hitters up the middle with Hill would be killer, once you establish the qb threat and pass threat.

But we do not do it. We have Hill run all the 17 over the place presnap and not fool a single defender.
