To be fair, he said they were too scared to hire someone "like" him, and instead want a million dollar coach that can't relate to kids. Well, Jason, there's a reason they don't hire people like you, it's because they don't want to have to fire someone like you for embarrassing the program.

If it takes a guy like Jason to relate to kids, then you have a roster of the wrong type of kids.
