just beat Texas Tech after almost beating Texas last week.

The Mad Hatter did it again. Kansas tried to kick the game winning FG with :13 seconds left, but it was blocked. TT player picked it up, ran it a yard or two, and fumbled it. Kansas recovered and got another chance at the FG, and he made it with :02 left. Incredible. Crazy ending to the game.

Not at all. But this is Kansas's first win vs. them in 18 years. Les is bringing some life to that program.

This.

Les has made Kansas competitive which is incredible frankly. He should've beaten Texas a few weeks ago

Yep, that's huge.

Exactly how old is Les? I know we would add years to his life with the the quality of the grass we grow, but that's still a stretch.

That game was a classic ?luck of Les ? outcome. Brought back memories. If Les was ten years younger I would say bring him in.

I’d love to see Miles back in the conference.

I was sad when he got fired... both times.

What Les is proving is the difficulty of coaching in the SEC and how much easier other conferences are.

Idk know about that.

Les did an awful lot of winning in the SEC as well. He just couldn't beat Bama.

People label coaches that get fired as bad, but Les won a ton of football games. He made the SEC look fairly easy as well outside of 1 team

I doubt he would leave Kansas for us after just 1 year, but he almost certainly would have taken our job if we'd offered it to him 2 years ago. And he would probably be something like 16-5 right now instead of 11-10.

If Les would of had Dak or Bo Wallace at LSU back in the day, he'd probably won it all. He never seemed to be able to find a competent QB.

Was that Les or just LSU talent? Saban gave him a blueprint to sustain success.

I laugh at people that want a coach after they win a game. Nevermind the bad losses. He’s the one! LOL

I watched a lot of that Kansas-Tex Tech game and I will say I wish we had that Kansas offense. Its exiciting to watch since they changed OCs midseason.
