That will be the first game not started by an Alabama starting QB since Brodie Croyle.

So a guy named the preseason starter at QB for Bama has started every single game for the last 15 years.

Absolutely amazing stat

Bama the last few years has had the injury bug hit pretty hard. But their ability to avoid big time offensive injuries to important players has been astounding. And obviously they've been built for a long time to withstand most major injuries they've had.

Bama will shred the swine D. My Bama friends are very worried about the LSU match up with Tua not full speed.

LSU better be worried about this week. I'm taking those 12 points

War Eagles want be able to stop LSU passing game. Should be a decent game but playing at Tiger Stadium they will roll.
I like LSU and think they win by 2 TD’s.

Wasn't Tua the name preseason starter last season and he missed two games for ankle? Not arguing just asking. Wasn't that the entire Hurt saga?

LSU could very well be upset and I hope they are, LSU probably will not cover the spread but Auburn has not won at LSU since 1999 which I find amazing.

Auburn hasn't won in tiger stadium since Tommy tuberville smoked a cigar on the field 20 years ago. Won't change this week either.

When you have a very good OL, the QB isn’t going to take a lot of licks. Saban’s offense doesn’t have designed QB runs. Also being faster and quicker than the other guys, allows you to avoid big hits.

My theory...

AU backend is weak. AU Dline has to put a lot of pressure on Burrow ... which they may can do. I may be surprised but I think LSU covers this one.

I wouldn't have bet it tho ... LSU -12 is a tossup to me. Ogre still hasn't had his WTF game this year either. (Hope he doesn't).

He started those games but came out during the game because of his ankle
