Fleck just signed a new deal a few weeks ago worth $4.6M/yr thru 2026 with a $10M buyout. Not happening.

Being disciplined and prepared is part of our issue but it is bigger than that. Don't want Fleck, he is good fit at UM but here? Croom teams were disciplined and prepared more so than we are now.

Fleck isn’t the guy Mississippi State will go after, but discipline and preparation are the two BIGGEST issues with this team. The lack of preparation and attention to detail is the biggest reason why this particular offensive system isn’t working for Mississippi State.
