This could get really bad honestly depending on what Hoover did to report this. If this kid is handicapped and proper procedure wasn't followed on this, some violations under IDEA could get a ton of people in some serious trouble.

I can't speak to the specifics of this case, but as a teacher I can tell you that IDEA violations are really bad. If this kid is mentally handicapped and has accommodations and certain follow up procedures weren't followed there could be some massive issues.

No he's not handicap at all. 2 teammates got into it in the locker room. The bigger stronger guy got the better of the exchange (imagine that). They got over it like teammates do & are still friends today. A rival fan (TN fan I heard) decided to create a false story to try to make the kid & UGA look bad by saying the kid was mentally challenged. The internet ran with it.

Being honest that wasn't even much of a fight, he just kinda threw the kid around a little, never punched, kicked him or tried to really beat him down and based on the size difference he could've really pounded him if he wanted to.
