SEC Insider interviewed Shrader yesterday and the hosts Jordan and Shockley thought Shrader has a very high ceiling but like a freshman he has to work on his throwing mechanics. They were saying he doesn't square up his feet to the target but instead has his feet pointing toward the sidelines way behind the angle of the throw, which causes loss of power and accuracy. You can see this at the 5:10 minute mark of Wyatt's film. If he can get his mechanics right the guy is going to be really special.

He's making up for it by making a lot of correct/good reads right now. that's encouraging, because I really think that's the hard part of this offense.
