It'll be interesting to see what the crowd is like. Bulldog bash, and the first SEC opponent should help. A good and electric crowd would make it tough for UK's qb being its his first start in an SEC environment.

I am actually the reverse - I think our DL did pretty well this past weekend containing KSUs run game and will be ok, and I think our DBs can handle their WR. It's all about what personnel we have available on offense and can we generate points.

Don't know if we'll win or not. We should have a much nicer crowd though. It's our first SEC game, and it'll be cooler (at least not as hot). Kentucky looked pretty good Saturday night but just couldn't finish. I'll go with MSU, but it's possible we don't win.

Considering we won in '09, '10, '11, '12, '13, '14, and '15, I don't think he did... And Mullen's 1 loss was on a field goal as time expired; Moorhead's loss was 28-7 and ended with Kentucky taking a knee on our 3 yard line.

For all wondering how that translates to this year. If we lose Fire Moorhead I told you he sucks. If we win it will be that’s a shitty Kentucky team. Wait till Auburn. He will suck then!
The man has coached 16 games with tremendous talent. I think we are 2-3 wins behind where I would like just like most but the hatred of him and his coaching is amazing. Is he recruiting? Yes!! Overlook a few growing pains with young athletes and previous coaches players. He just might build a program.
To be honest we will know by the end of this year or n

I doubt we get into the 40's offensively. With an injury prone QB I bet we try to run it a good bit with Kylin and try to shorten the game.

I want to see us come out with some fire as a team and play hard for four quarters more than anything.

Tommy better be 100% to pull this win out. If we get the KY team that played physical against Florida, we may be in trouble. K state just whipped us in the trenches for most of that game and I don't believe they are as good as KY. Better hope for a let down after a demoralizing loss when they had FL beat(similar to us). Receivers have to catch, OL has to block better, passes have to be more on target, and special teams have to have a freaking pulse. Lot if things have to improve before I see us pulling out a win. I hope like hell we come out more motivated and ready to blow the top off Davis Wade, cause we sure didn't last week. Both teams need this win desperately. This game will show me if we have any hair on our nuts and leaders on this team or if we can just sack this season up and throw it in the trash. Team who wants it the most wins. I sure hope we come out and prove it's us!!! Go dawgs.

If Tommy plays and is healthy enough to have a decent game, we should win. If he's unable to pass the ball well, based on the shoulder or just not having a good game, we'll probably get beat.

My hands are in the air like I don't care. But I do. Win or lose....how we do so will be, I believe, a good barometer of our head coach. This CFB season has actually been a little unpredictable everywhere. The way it is going don't be surprised if we run KY off the field or vice versa (a nice or not nice 37-10 type of score). But I actually believe we bounce back and win something by less common sounding score. I'll go State wins 26-22.

But I stress how this goes down will tell us something about the future. Win 26-22 when it clearly should/could have been 37-10 and I won't be very optimistic about JoMo here, not that I am now. Lose close when we clearly should get blown out and that should tell us something too.

I just want to add the record is 23-23. A lot of coaches at Miss State has lost to them including JWS who lost to KY five times. He's my favorite coach of all time. The two time Bellard faced them he lost. He's my second favorite coach.

I will give we have a forfeit in that 23 and that forfeit gave them the SEC championship. One more then we have.

Parker and Williams are both banged up. I don't know if they play or not Saturday but we've used a lot of different combinations of o-line this year and I think that has hurt us. A banged up line with a banged up qb is not a good combination.

I see alot of picks being made based upon TS injury status. 1st question I have is what part of his shoulder is injured? Is it his Rotater Cuff or is is just minor inflammation. Before I made a guess or a bet I'd sure want to know. Standing up there and saying he feels better isn't much to go on.

I’ll say this: At the end of year two, you almost always know what you have in a HC. Ed-O at LSU. Mullen won 9 games in year two, and, guess what, he was an 8-9 win head coach. Dabo Swinney won the ACC in year two. Gus Malzahn, won 8 games in year two. He’s an eight win head coach. Saban won the division in year two. If go 6-6 of 5-7......

What really concerns me about Moorhead is that he just doesn’t fit here. He’d be ok at an Iowa, Iowa State, Minnesota—one of those Mid-West State Schools.

If it doesn’t work out with Jo, we need to throw the check book at the offense coordinator at LSU. It’s been little short of a miracle what he’s done there.

We just aren?t very good on the DL and Kentucky is a better football team right now. MSU just can?t recover in one year from losing what we lost. That being said, once we add the JUCO DL to this young group, we will be good fairly quick. We are very average at the skill positions on offense.
