Can't really tell how I feel after this press conference. It feels like the same o'l with him. I'm hopeful that his "Cool Demeanor" (as seen in the interview) will turn this team around against KY (I'm certainly not ready to write him off). Any thoughts?

He's not gonna fire his special teams coach or his S&C coach, but he should.

I agree but I do want to add that the players themselves can take the extra step in the weight room. Most of them want to be in the NFL and I would think they would take the extra step. When I was in the Marine Corps we PT Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Friday was usually softball or some other sport for PT. PT was to learn to work as a team. It was up to the Marine to keep himself in shape for PT test.

Now don't get me wrong but when I was in 0861 scout observer school we ran six miles on Monday, eight miles on Tuesday and 10 miles on Friday. Best shape of my life.
