Look.... it was still atrocious special teams play. I'm not making any excuses, but this is just blatantly awful officiating that most likely changed the outcome of this game.

Not only did the K-State player block us in the back, he actually did it twice & right at the point the tackle should've been made.

Yep saw it when it happened 2 penalties on the return and no calls. We still covered the play like doo doo though.

Brutal. It was a Big 12 officiating crew &, while I don't think they were awful today, this was an abysmal no call. This play changed the outcome of the game

That's as text book of a block in the back as you're ever going to see

Look, things get missed all the time, that's just the way it is. But you know as well as I don't kick coverage is all about effort and attitude. Ours was lacking in both categories. And our kick coverage has been just plain shitty in 3 games.

Yes, those were awful no-calls that were obvious.

Completely agree 100%. These photos aren't an excuse. I was just curious how bad of a missed call it was

Imo that play cost us the game. We had momentum had shut them down and kinda gained control. It definitely turned the game so the officiating on it was abysmal and so was our coverage

Before that play, I thought we'd cover

It's pretty rare for officials to miss calls on returns. That's awful.

Same here. We had gained control outscored them 24-7 since being down 10-0 and they had -4 yards rushing in the second half. All went out the window after that.

I think a lucky play for them was on the sack and fumble it went right to their OLineman. We recover that fumble we win the game.

Also the late hit on Hill they called should have been two 15 yards penalties. One for the horse collar bringing him down during the play and the late hit after the play.

While we are at it. I thought the roughing the passer call on Skylar was a little ticky. I've seen worse than that that didn't get a flag.
