The wife is in San Diego for a girls weekend with her W friends. So I reverse seared a nice bone in ribeye I got on sale for $4. Great garlic salt and pepper crust that was perfect just shy of medium rare.

Between jv football on Monday, Friday football, cross country Saturdays, and more paperwork and meeting than I can handle, I’m not doing shit but watching football Saturday. Trimmed some spare ribs into st louis and rib tips that I applied my rub to on Thursday evening. I’ll provide pics later

For some reason I couldn’t get the site to load after the game so I never shared my chicken spaghetti. I experimented with a new recipe yesterday including today with a pizza blend instead of cheddar. Really good. I’m thinking of tweaking 2 things and selling it
