Cardoso did not play AAU ball until the past summer, instead returning home to spend time with her family.
But her size and skill set have made her one of the most coveted prospects in her class.
She?s 6-foot-7, she runs the floor like a guard. Can catch and shoot on the run good. She is a very good passer too ? she sees open people,? Keisha Hunt said. ?In fact, she probably needs to shoot around the rim more She will kick it out in a second. We?re developing her back to the basket (game) because even with her size, she?s always liked playing facing the rim, but she realizes that maybe that?s not her preference, but it can be a real strong tool she will need in college.

Man I hope SC doesn?t get her on top of how they did last recruiting cycle...they already going to be hell on wheels...add a 6 foot 7 post....damn.

Really? Let's not act like Staley some run of the mill coach. She's a multi time SEC champion & National Champion who's an elite recruiter. It would be a mild upset if she picked MSU but I believe in Vic.

Sure, I know she's not run of the mill. But Vic has her beat in personality, hands down. And he's a pretty good coach too. If I was a female basketball star, I'd rather be on Vic's team.

Rocket don't under estimate Dawn Staley's recruiting ability, after all her most recent recruiting class is #1. We've seen her personality in the games, Vic will chew out the girls just like she does! I guess that's a sign of a great coach.

Beat in personality? I imagine if you did a poll among HS recruits that Staley would likely win that poll by a fair margin. I know they're our main rival in women's b-ball but let's be objective.
