Yep 3 OTs and they would've lost in the last OT. They were trailing 26-23 and they fumbled, Northern Iowa had a chance to recover but they bobbled it and Iowa State got it back and scored td on the next play.

I think it's up for debate. I only care at this point for extra pub. A lot of media coverage is based on the "top 25".

The Massey Ratings Composite, ESPN's FPI and SP+ all say we're top 20 so we're in the discussion.

You missed the point. There ain?t 20 teams better than us. Being top 20 isn?t a threshold of ?how good the team is?. It?s literally being in the top 20 of teams.

You could be 2% of what bama is, but if every other team is 1% of bama then you?re still second.

If we held them to 150 total yards and 3 points while we piled on yard after yard and 55 points what would we have learned? ULL will go 9-3 and win the SB. We played a team with a chip on their shoulders and a pulse. Best thing that could have happened in game one.

But we didn't hold them to 150 yards and 3 points. They hung 28 on us. So excuse me for not being all chipper. And honestly we won't know exactly what we have until we hit league. Unless we drop one before and thats a disaster

Actually we are going to shit out some new players for 4 games and then the bowl game. They happen to be players at our biggest need as well. We may not be a top 20 team but we won’t be far from it. Outside of the top 10-15 teams it’s a big wash.
