Just saw former MSU QB commit Jalon Jones complete a pass to DD Bowie for Jackson State on ESPN. Crazy to think how much we wanted those guys, especially Bowie, only to see them playing catch vs Bethune Cookman a few years later in a SWAC game.

That being said, great recruiting job by JSU to get them there.

I also didn't know Charles Mitchell, Dorsett Davis, and Otis Ridley coached at JSU. Guessing Tony Hughes brought them in?

John Hendrick is JSU's coach and he was the DL coach for awhile when Jackie was here. Mitchell was probably brought in by Hughes. Sleepy Robinson used to be on staff there too.

I saw on local news that the mascot does shit like at home games and they let him get away with it. His stupid ass thought he was in Jackson instead of Atlanta.
