It's almost as if some people on here warned others we were going to take a good step back defensively.

I was warning people. I warned Ari Gold 8 weeks ago when he was saying we were going to be fine on the D-line. This was worse than even I thought.

Yeah I was prepared for a decent size step back - but I was thinking we'd at least be a top 25-40 defense. Not sure we get anywhere close to that though.

Easy there champ. Everybody expected a win- so nothing to get all excited about. The defense being shitty is a huge cause for concern tho moving forward. Thats what people care about- whats ahead.

And after all the suspensions plus replacing all we had to i don't think anyone that has a brain thought we would be in the over 8 win column and that most likely 6-7 was our mark. We won. That's 1.

When I said 5 was our floor and 8 was our ceiling, with 6 or 7 most likely, several weeks ago, I got called a lot of names.

This D was bad in all areas...tackling, speed and execution. If they look like this against SEC competition we will be in a world of hurt. But it's not just the D-line but the whole squad looked like crap. Grade C-.
