It's preseason, so you can't be too critical, but dang. The cardinals look awful. They have like 20 yards, and it's almost halftime. Murray is 3/8 for 12 yds. KK doesn't have to win this year, but he can't look like this.

What channel are you watching? If it's NBC, they have Falcons/Jets here.

Ha. I never thought to look there. Checked the NFL network and Fox though.

He wasn’t a good college coach.

I hated the hire. I hated drafting Murray #1.

He'll be fired after this year.

I said it before the draft and I'll say it again. The Cardinals had way to many holes to fill to draft a risk like Murray. They weren't a QB away from the playoffs and they probably won't reach the playoffs before Murray reaches time for his second contract.

They should have drafted defense. They still get better as a team but not enough to win many more games. From there you leave yourself with the chance to get a QB from the 2020 QB class which is much better than last years class.

I can't see Kingsbury making it more than 2 years and I think he was an awful hire.

Arizona is awful. No OL and terrible WR’s. Kliff walked into a team devoid of talent.

Idk how you can expect a below average college coach to be a good NFL coach.

College football is 80% recruiting. Take that away, & things change

Not saying Kingsbury will be a successful NFL coach, but the skill-set required to be successful in the college game vs the NFL are very very different

The problem is that we've seen good college coaches go the NFL and fail, but I'm not sure we've ever seen a good NFL coach go to college. Pete Carroll wasn't a good NFL coach till AFTER USC.

Maybe Kiffin?

Kiffin was a disaster in the NFL. The Raiders couldn't get rid of him fast enough. His stock was pretty high a couple of years ago after a few goods season as Bama's OC then a great first year at FAU, but they went 5-7 last year so the shine has worn off a little bit now. I've never been sold on him and am glad we didn't try to hire him last year because I think that had the potential to be a disaster.

Just the Bidwell(?) family throwing away more $. This will not end well at all and Murry will be a dud.

I just can't see Lane Kiffin fitting in at MSU.

Credit where credit is due... kliff and Murray after looking abysmal in the 1st half have really stepped it up the 2nd half.

Agreed. I think you still have to get a better OLine around Kyler and then he can be very successful. Like any QB. A bad OLine is hard to hide.
