He is legit. Plays football, soccer and baseball. He is skinny right now but he will fill out. Gonna be a big good looking kid. He started on the varsity soccer team as a 8th grader, played varsity baseball and was the only 8th grade kicker I have ever seen kick a touchback that landed in the endzone.

That's good news, always good to get on good young athletes early and we need to keep getting Mississippi kids to MSU!

LOL.

It's a process- we're going to get a few commits a year over a period of five years and will still have plenty to get the late bloomers. And I know you know that...

Heard his younger brother in the K-2nd Grade League also has us in his top 5.**** Just kidding, you do have to identify players in all sports much earlier these days and recruit them harder. LA had been committed since at least the 8th grade.

Be on the lookout for a lhp ... it's us and LSU. Would be huge pull. Not saying it's done. But if we pull this guy out of their backyard would be HUge

We just got 2 more committed In 2021 and 2022. Both are top 150 in perfect game. This is what Lemonis was brought here to do. Now to get them on campus.

Yep. And one of them is probably a draft risk. James Wood an OF from Washington D.C. from the same school that we got Nick Routt from. He's a 6'6" LH hitting OF. The other one is David Mershon from Taylors, South Carolina and he is a MIF prospect. Both are rated between 100 and 150 so there's a chance we could get both but I could see Wood blowing up as his frame fills out.
