Whats the cheapest outlet to get La Lafayette Tickets?

Looking at going to NOLA to for the game and wondering what is the best/cheapest way to get tickets? Through Hailstate.com, stubhub, etc? They are starting at $49 and up. Hard to believe there isnt cheaper ticket options out there. Probably get cheaper as the game gets closer. Just looking for some insight, thanks in advance.

Walk up to the corner of the stadium by the group of scalpers and yell "I'd like X number of tickets and I'll pay Y amount per ticket" and then walk off. One of them, which has agreed to a floor for prices, will sneak off from the group and come unload some of his tickets. It's never failed me in New Orleans.

Kids 5 and under get free admission to Saints games. Anyone know if that applies for our game?
