Weekend Cooking & Drinking Thread: On a Roll Edition

I've been on a roll this month with the bass. Having some success every trip. I've got a short window Saturday morning but I'm going to go give it a go. Besides that, I have a nephew's 2-year old birthday party saturday. My bil is pretty badass on the smoker and he's doing shoulders so that'll be notable. What ya'll got going down?

Finishing touches are in place before bring it inside. Been changing the recipe up a bit for a possible amateur cooking contest for ribs.

Just wanted to pop in this thread and express my appreciation for it every week!!! I don't post in here often, but I religiously check in over each weekend to see what all you fellas are up to as it inspires me to branch out and try some new things.

I recently acquired a RecTec grill and I'm having fun with it. Not ready to post pics just yet, but some of the things you guys are whipping up have allowed me to expand my horizons.
