Anyone know what our football coach's payroll is?

One thing we need to do in my opinion is put enough money in so we can go hire upper tier coaches and co-ordinators. I don't know what we spend now but we need to pay enough to attract great coaches who can recruit. Not downing our staff, but we could upgrade at a few positions.
Any idea what our payroll is? Any thoughts on how much we should pay to upgrade?
