Praying for his family. The guy was working so hard at getting his health back. So tragic.

Really liked this guy. In the world with assholes like Newton, this guy was awesome.

I always liked that guy. I remember watching a game and saw Josh Morgan just crush him from the blind side. Well, it would have 'crushed' a lesser man but Josh just kind of stuck to him and Lorenzen was wearing him like a cape. That was a big dude!

Very true. I'm pretty much happy that he got bought by Auburn and didn't come to us.

From what I could tell some sort of infection and his body started failing

The "Hefty Lefty". The "Round Mound of Touchdown". Sad news here indeed, especially for such a young man.

I think all of us overweight dudes liked the Big QB. He was a QB trapped in an offensive linemane's body. RIP.

I'd take one year of Cam if it meant we won a national championship and if he'd done that we'd all be Cam fans today. Weird how fickle we all can be.

Had we done what it took to get Cam, he would have never payed a down for us and we would have been placed on probation. It sux, but it's the dang truth.

And the Pillsbury Throw-boy. Is there another SEC player that had more than one well-repeated nickname? Much less 3?

As they say, he could spin it.

Lets not turn the thread of honoring a guy into an argument about Cam Newton and the NCAA please.

Prayers to him and the family. He was liked by so many and fun to watch

Just saying, there are hundreds of pOS type of guys. Jared was flippin awesome and he added to the greatness that was, is, and will be college football. When POS comes up, Newton comes to.mind first.

Just saw my OP was edited and I was called worthless because I didn't have a link when I made the post. Scooba, you need to get laid or take a Xanax and not be such an ass about trivial things.

I always laugh when people say I'm the problem.. when you can just take a little time to make your posts and this board a little better yourself.

Good memory on "Throw Boy"...

Charles Barkley had several nicknames, as well...
