Had to be. My bear friends tried to tell me it was state fans because he took that visit to Oxford. No way, I would take a free trip to get some easy trim too. We all knew where he would end up.

I'm sure some of them were from our crazies, but I'd bet a LOT of the threats were from UM fans pretending to be State fans.

I know there have been posts on the Spirit about how all the UM fans should "work together" to make State look bad. A lot of them troll the internet pretending to be MSU fans trying to piss off recruits, and apparently one of them even suggested paying people to dress up as State fans and get into a "Cowbell melee" at one of our games to try and get the bells banned. There's an article or blogpost about it somewhere.

Some of those ****ers at UM really are batshit crazy.

I saw a bunch of OM cowbells in Starkville in 2011. One can only assume their motives to be impure...
