It helps not having a MLB baseball team within 6-8 hours of Mississippi. MSU is our MLB baseball team for all intents and purposes.

Mississippi is in the top five in producing MLB talent per capita. Add in the money and focus on baseball and those raw Hunter Renfroe's become first round picks.
