He wasn't drafted yesterday. I don't think it was expected that he would be.

Sounds like he and his family are pretty set on going pro

Yeah, I wish he would go to State. Just for the kid. He is coming from 1A ball where he literally just threw it by everyone. He isn't a pitcher yet. I am afraid he will get to the minors and get lost... Who knows. Maybe he slides down in the draft. State picked him up late as a late bloomer, so I guess its just gravy if he comes.

Not necessarily from what I'm hearing. We will see.

I suppose it depends on your needs, money, education and a few other things, it's a gamble mostly for pitchers whether they go pro or college due to arm injuries. I sure hope JT Ginn gets healthy and gets back to a first round draft choice.

I have a grandson who will probably have a decision soon, I think he will attend college but who knows as he has another year.

Per the MLB prospect draft list, Johnson is unranked as a prospect. Could be good for us.

he and his family will have many issues, one of which is tuition etc and ACT score. I hope he ends up in maroon and white.

If he's saying "it's a once in a lifetime opportunity", he's ready to sign.

Yeah, we heard that from Burdick, the 40th round kid.
