View Full Version : Is anyone having a problem with ESPN 3 giving an error?

I have Directv Now and it is giving me an error 0033 - The customer is not authorized for the content requested. I have never had this problem before this week.

Try going through Hailstate. Hit the "plus" sign under the schedule and click on "watch". Should work.

I can not log in on my computer, Ipad, phone, or Apple TV. Directv just said they know there is a tech issue and they are working on it. We had to log in to our Directv now app this week for some reason and now is getting this error. We watched the game yesterday but now it doesn't work. We can't watch any ESPN3 game.

Just signed up for Sling TV and it works so 17 Directv Now.
