Pay them off? Hell, it's probably a division of the Bama alumni association!!

Here is one of the replacement hires Shaw made already in uniform. In a special unmade announcement, the uniforms for SEC refs have changed from black and white stripes to houndstooth.

Fact. However "fair" officiating would make it interesting beyond the first quarter...

Not really. Clemson had you down 15 at the half and had curb stomped you so bad by the 3rd quarter that they took their foot off the gas and most of the nation had quit watching. "Fair" officiating is not a good look for Saban. I expect a retirement announcement soon.

They are located in NY I would imagine maybe the NFL uses this firm for the same thing.

As long as you have 15 five stars and 40 four stars on your roster you are going to win with or with out the Refs. The Refs helps keep the game from being close.

National average for overturned calls on replay was 19% last year.

In the SEC it was 49%

This only scratches the surface on how bad it has gotten but at least they’re embarrassed enough to make it look like they’re trying to make an effort to improve.

Until Shaw is gone, though, the culture in SEC officiating will remain and won’t be viewed with the integrity needed to regain the trust of the college football world.

Ha, FACT. Fair officiating goes way beyond the first quarter. Even in second half against us they couldn't do jack even still getting calls. OleMiss had top recuiting classes, takes more than that to win games. Clemson didn't have a roster full of 5 stars but they took Bama behind the woodshed on a fair called game.
