He’s actually a great guy...one of the few bears that get that label. I worked with him briefly in a previous life but, he’s probably too nice. You gotta be a little bit of a shark to be an effective SEC AD, and Keith doesn’t really have that edge.

That seems like a pretty good interim for them. If nothing else, he seems to get the money side of things so he may be able to boost funds until they can get that "shark".

I wonder if they're stray from the norm and actually go with an outside guy for their real AD.

Their Chancellor pick will say a lot about which direction they are going. I bet they don’t name an AD until that is settled.

he will have about as much power and say so as the compliance dept has with Alabama football
