This could be easily be the top 8, but Arkansas could jump us if they move up next to us. I think we're somewhere between 4-6, but I think you've got the right too 8. 9-16 is a crapshoot imo.

Agreed. There's probably 11 teams with a legit claim to a host spot. I have no clue honestly how it will play out. I think mid week should count for something as far as depth goes which is why I think LSU should be a 16 at best. But you're right. There's no telling about 9-16. But I think 1-8 the only thing you look at is does Louisville get a spot and if so, who gets knocked out.

I tried to find a way to sneak a northern team into the 16 spot because I feel like they have a tendency to do that when possible. But the closest are Creighton at 22, Indiana St at 23 and Illinois at 28.

Yeah, I agree that will probably be tough to push Creighton that high.

Creighton has an RPI of 23. OM at 22. If OM is borderline like some think Creighton should be too. I personally don't think OM should host though. Think TAMU and LSU both have a better claim than they do
