Sometimes being a good leftover cook proves invaluable. After scrounging around I used a hamburger patty, a can of southwest corn/pablano/red bells, flour tortillas, & cheddar & mozz cheese. Made a pretty damn decent beef quesadilla. Sometimes I look through my cabinets like it’s a iron chef secret ingredient challenge

Welp,,,,,it looks like sun and fun at the house Sunday now. Formulating a menu now for the grill or smoker. What a shit show this was tonight.

Can’t remember if I told you about Cuevas Too, right down from Joe’s. I got soft shell crab last weekend and it was legit. 5 crabs, fries and hush puppies for like $11 or $12. I got two meals out of it.

Lmao. You can’t even see the ones hanging. Big twin vee came in same time as us with a limit of mangrove and red snapper. Wait till you get the full report tomorrow... Clean water almost doesn’t exist on the west side right now. River Lillie’s and dead aquatic grass floating south of Martin Island...

Finishing the ribs and pork loin with a little mopping sauce. Just waiting for it to caramelize. The the other stuff is clean the refrigerator out lagniappe.
