They barely ever get overturned even when it's obvious. I was watching a softball game where the girl was safe by a mile, but they didn't overturn calling her out.

Plus it was difficult to tell exactly when the hand was touching the bag. Hand was over the bag before the ball was in the glove but hard to tell if it was touching the bag before.
