Ruggs was on his way out anyways. Not sure on the other. They claim to have a couple better LB's on campus now but these 2 were probably their backups.

I have no way of knowing where their status on the depth chart but... These were their top rated OLB from the 2017 and 2018 recruiting classes. They did have a couple Inside Linebackers rated as well but not Outside.
