9,500 seems way short. Looked like at least 11,000.

I agree. Looked like way more but they showed the number on tv. 9,500 or 9,600 and some change. Can’t remember exactly.

I?d say that was about right. Surprised me that attendance was as light as it was with the nice weather, big win Friday night and the chance to possibly see Jake break the SEC hits record. It wasn?t quite 2 deep standing in the concourse all the way around for Saturday?s game. Can?t recall exactly which game but Friday or Saturday game for the LSU series had 3 deep and in some areas 4 deep in the concourse.

I don?t know if we?ll ever break another attendance record with the limited GA seating the New Dude has now.

You’re right. All of the people that bought up the season tickets just to have them and not go is going to hurt attendance from now on out. I understand we make money off of baseball but for years it was our general attendance that drove these awesome numbers. Now you take that possibility away for a chance to make extra revenue. It is what it is but it still kinda sucks.

Finals started for students and I think that is the difference in attendance. I know that knocked my kid out of going Friday night and Saturday.

We were out drawn this weekend by Arkansas and Ole Miss when we have the most wins in the country.

Not sure how that happens.

They had Saturday exams this year. Exams continue Monday through Wednesday. That cut into the student attendance.

Saturday exams?!?!?!? What the 17? I applaud any student who was able to get up for that. There's no way in hell I'd have made a Saturday exam while in college.

My daughter had an exam at 7:00 Friday night. She came after it was over, but said nobody was at gate checking for tickets when she got there.
