I haven't heard any updates really on Simmons since the ACL tear. He was thought to go in the top 15 picks. Now, he's probably sliding to the 2nd round. I wish the Cowboys could get him if he does slip to the 2nd.

I will be shocked if he falls out of round 1.
You can’t pass on a top 5 pick which he was before the injury, I can almost guarantee if Simmons is there with the last pick of round 1, The Pats won’t pass on him. There Is a reason why they have been the premier franchise in the nfl for almost 2 decades

I hope for his sake that you are right. He's a great kid and a really smart player.

Between 20-30. He won't fall out of the 1st.

He's gonna have to get picked up by a team that doesn't have an immediate need. No injury and he's Top 10. With injury and missing most of the season a team with an immediate need isn't going to get him. I see 20's and a team that is either at risk of losing a DT after next year or a team that has current depth but it's not a glaring weakness. Or multiple picks.

I could see the Raiders getting him at 24. He would fit with that personality well. Seahawks at 29 if he's still there? Gonna be interesting.

Really? He'd fit personality wise on the raiders? I don't think he fits their personality historically or under Gruden (whatever the hell hes doing over there).

Hard nosed nasty DL that is disruptive and a little edgy? Sounds like Raiders personality to me.

That's not necessarily where I want him to go, but Simmons can play with some edge and play with that personality of his. If Gruden has a good culture Simmons would do well there.

He won't fall lower than the Chargers at 28.

There's been a fair amount of speculation on Nashville sports radio that Tennessee might take him if he's available.

Edit* And there it is!!
