Question about berm seating

I gave my sister my chairbacks for the series this weekend and I'm gonna get a couple GA tickets and sit on the berm. What time to they open the stadium for admission? I wanna get a good spot on the wall.

I prefer the third base side front right corner by the chair backs. Other than on a slight slant it has a good view of the field and if you get their early enough for fielding and batting practice you might get a ball from Rowdey as he comes in .. got one last year :)

My wife and I set up chairs 1-1.5 hours before the game. Some get then even sooner. Just make sure you bring something to keep you occupied till game time.

Doors open 2 hrs prior to gametime I think.

Are the berms real grass or plastic turf? Seems like real grass might be a bit muddy, and would die from all the wear and tear.
