He always has good stuff to say and doesn't give an eff. I watched a game this year and he benched all his starters for an entire quarter because he didn't think they were giving effort rebounding. You have to be a hard ass like that though. Vic benched AEH once for not diving for a loose ball and Howard for not getting back on defense.

He has a point though. He can bench someone cause he has two other AA behind that girl. So.....he really isn't sacrificing to prove a point.

Also, when that player gets benched for a game, their attitude adjust quick cause they have AA on the bench.
