1. Tenn is 18-0 at home, so last night's loss wasn't too surprising, but how we folded in the 2nd half wasn't good either.

2. Peter's regression this year is very troubling, we really need him to figure it out and quick. We need great PG play and we aren't getting it.

3. Missing Nick really hurts our play at the 1. Carter is trying to fill in, but he's not a PG.

4. Holman needs to turn it around too, he did have 7 boards last night, but was 1-5 from the field.

5. Perry is our man down low, but he is still a Freshmen and it really showed some last night against UT's bigs..

6. Woodard is playing hard, but boy he needs to make those gimmes from the FT line.

7. Q's play last night was worrisome, he couldn't hit the side of a barn last night but don't worry he keeps on shooting.

8. Our next game is at home, let's pack the HUMP and get the win and one or two in the SECT and on to the NCAAT again, finally.. #hailstate

Q had a bad game no doubt--but He was getting bumped and He received 1 foul for his efforts. He made some passes that most players would catch, but our Bigs can't handle a pass that hits them right square in the hands. frustration set in. Carter and Woodard had ok game-but that is all.plus Q had to guard AS and he is a hand full. If you want Q to be your offense, don't ask Him to guard the Vols toughest player.

Isn't Q playing on a bum ankle also? He has went out of the game at some point the last couple of games. He was due a bad game and unfortunately we can't overcome it when Q is off. Peters and Holman are continuing their downward projection doesn't help either.

We got our ass handed to us on the road to a possible final 4 team who also happens to be very physical and dominant at home. Cliche but it happens. Need to win Saturday and get Q healthy.

We shot atrociously all night from the floor and at the FT line. Tennessee had something like 11 blocks. Peters has regressed something awful. Perry had his worst game of the year as did Q and we forgot about Carter after he drained two early three's. All that said, Tennessee is damn good and especially at home. They've now won 26 consecutive games at TBA. Vols atmosphere is next level. It is unmatched anywhere else in the SEC outside of Lexington. This is their year as they lose Schofield, Alexander and probably Grant Williams. They should have a big drop off next year.

I'm happy we are finally back in the NCAA tournament, but unless Lamar Peters and Aric Holman wake up tomorrow transformed back into the players they were at the end of last season I really don't see us making it out of the first weekend. A shame that with the addition of Perry and Woodard plus Q and Carter playing at a high level that those things are almost negated by the regression of Peters and Holman.

Peters and Holman were playing pretty good before SEC play started. It seems like now Peters would rather make a spectacular pass than a lay up and Holman is very passive. Holman has flashes but is not close to consistent which is a shame because he has NBA potential.
