Watching the leadup to this Kansas-Kansas state game, it is pretty obvious Kansas has one of the most awesome home court advantages there is. I would love to go to a game there. Have any of you ever been? If so, is it cool as it appears?

I went to their last home game last year when they brought out the trophy for their 14th straight Big 12 title. It was an incredible environment. I’ve never seen anything like it for basketball. It’s all bench seating if I’m not mistaken and people are packed in there like sardines. But that’s the appeal. All of the students and gray hairs are on their feet for a majority of the game and always in sync. I’d compare it to the old Alex Box at LSU, mean and uncomfortable with it’s in your face and their teams win. Unfortunately, they’re the Kansas version of the UNM and I hate them.
