This is so true. And Howland's unwillingness to change Defenses keeps us from changing the complexion of the game. That 1-3-1 trap with Woodard out front could really be effective in getting some steals and changing the tempo.

We still could be dangerous down the stretch if Holman can be pre-SEC Holman. If Ado continues to improve offensively we could have a very dangerous offensive front court to go along with Q, Peters, and Carter.

We still could be dangerous down the stretch if Holman can be pre-SEC Holman. If Ado continues to improve offensively we could have a very dangerous offensive front court to go along with Q, Peters, and Carter.

Yeah, Ado is playing with great effort and is better every game...so I can live with the fouls. But if he's going to be fouling, we have to have Holman coming in with effort. And Lamar can be huge for us if he will penetrate and either score or make smart passes. He was brilliant late today

Thanks for sticking up for me. Yes, I said some dumb shit in this thread but we are all Bulldog fans and want what’s best for this program. How we played in the first half is why this team is frustrating as hell to watch. How we played in the second half is why everyone and the analysts think we are a legit NCAA tourney team and could make a big run. We are our own worst enemy at times. We need more second half performances and less first half ones. I’ve never seen a team be as inconsistent as this team has been. Hopefully the light has come back on for Holman and Peters can give us his second half performance more often. We need those guys at their best to get where we want to go.

Nope not done with this team but I am done with the lack of effort we showed in the first 15 minutes of that game. We are a much better team then we initially showed when I made those comments. Easy to come back and criticize. Oh and why not call out everyone who has made dumb comments in sports threads. You’d have multiple pages of threads doing that as well.

I'm not reading all of this. When a poster says they want Howland fired five minutes into the game I am gonna call that poster out for being a whiny bitch. You don't like that you can enjoy trying to find a better MSU board than this one. Howland actually has a legitimate chance to match or top Stansbury's greatest win total in a season this year.
