For fast breaks, you get one step without dribble outside the line. It would be line playing 21 when I was a kid.

They may as well do that because they never call traveling when the player takes two or three steps without a dribble. Move the pivot foot while standing is another matter.

All game long, one in particular one of their hefty girls gave her a two handed shove in the back and no call. I think those two black refs were the worst we have seen
all year. Bet we won't see them in the Hump anytime soon.
