Anyone tried a keto type diet? My wife has some health issues so we’re gojnv to try cutting out most sugars and carbs, do something close to a keto diet. Maybe keto cycling. I’m not looking forward to it

Been kinda at it since June. Easy. I pretty much cycle on and off, on more than I’m off.

Classic Beast! We kept it simple today for the double header at the Dude. Grilled marinated pork steaks and jalape?o cheese smoked deer sausage. Topped it off with Gentleman Jack. We will have the platform at full speed for the next series against Mustard Buzzards We had to leave half way the second game, due to the boss lady getting cold.....I myself was toasty with my Jack.
