I've wanted a full time catching coach for a while, it's such an important position. A bad catcher turns strikes into balls, balls into dirt into free runs and base runners, and singles into doubles. We rag on a SS if he makes 1 error every other game, a bad catcher effectively costs at least 2 outs/bases a game.
