To transfer tickets, does recipient have to be a member of bdc or have dog tag?

To transfer electronically I think yes. You can drop the tickets off at the Bryan building ticket office and the will provide you with an envelope to put someones name on them and that person can pick them up at will call.

Since I live in Shannon as my name implies, whomever I deem worthy of tickets can damm well come pick them up here or have a dog tag.

To transfer to someone with no dog tag id just reissue them and you will get a pdf ticket you can email to non bulldog club member.
